Our Mission
Together, we provide appropriate support to people in East Groningen who are at a vulnerable stage of their lives.
Our Vision
We hear, see, and value each other.
Assignment
There are a lot of changes going on in the medical field. Especially in healthcare technology. Implementing healthcare technology in the workplace is often time-consuming, and it's difficult to initiate behavioural change. One example is the Helpsoq (a tool for clients to put on support stockings). While this technology is well-accepted at some locations, it rarely occurs at others.
We are entering an era in which adapting to technological developments becomes more and more important in order to be able to do our job. As an organization we see the need for behavioural change which is required for the proper use of healthcare technology.
We ask students to do research on why people in different locations adapt differently to technological developments. What explains this difference? How do different corporate cultures influence behaviour? Can students investigate which communication intervention(s) are needed in order reach the target audience and that they eventually will change their (current) behaviour).
Extra information
In order to get in contact with the target audience (employees Oosterlengte), it is important that at least one group member is fluent in Dutch.
This assignment can be done alone or in a group of 2 - 4 students.
